Shahyan sehgal

Upon earning his LLB (Hons) degree with First Class Honours from the University of London, Mr. Sehgal began his professional journey as an Associate at WMS. Mr. Sehgal’s academic excellence is reflected in multiple distinctions across modules, as well as Certificates of Excellence for placing among the top three worldwide in Property Law and International Protection of Human Rights.​

An emerging voice in legal and human rights discourse, his commentaries and op-eds on cyber surveillance, education rights, and legislative reform have been published in leading outlets such as Courting the Law, Human Rights Blog Series at the Centre For Human Rights (CFHR), and Paradigm Shift. His contributions to research are further acknowledged in CFHR’s Handbook on Women’s Marriage Rights Legal Aid & Advocacy Clinics in Pakistan.
