Upon obtaining his LLB (Hons) degree with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of London, Huzaifah Sehgal embarked on his professional journey as an associate at WMS. Mr Sehgal has also completed his LL.M. with High Honours in Intellectual Property & Technology Law from the University of Illinois College of Law. Within the firm, he diligently handles a diverse range of legal matters, spanning from civil and corporate cases to international law, environmental law, and tech-law.

Mr. Sehgal's commitment to his profession extends beyond his work at WMS, as he holds memberships in prestigious institutions such as the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and Amnesty International. Furthermore, he currently assumes the role of Shadow Minister for the Law & Justice Ministry at the Youth General Assembly, wherein he prepares policy recommendations to be suggested for the National & Provincial legislations. Additionally, Huzaifah Sehgal writes op-eds and articles on prevalent socio-politico-legal issues which are published on notable news & media outlets.
